Cooking Instructions:
1.Rinse all dry ingredients gently.
2.Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 30 mins. Retain water for extra flavour.
3.In a pot, add the 150g minced pork and souppack (plus shiitake mushroom water) with 1 to 1.2 litres of water.
4.Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 30 mins.
5.Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
6. Blanch Ban Mian noodles in boiling water before adding the drained noodles into the soup, and serve warm.
