Cooking Instructions:
1.Rinse all dry ingredients gently.
2.Soak cuttlefish in warm water for20 mins and then cut into smaller pieces.
3.Optional: Lightly toast the anchovies and driedshrimp in alittle oil until fragrant to unlock maximum umami.
4.In your pot or rice cooker, add 1 cup of washed rice and all soup pack ingredients with 1 litre ofwater.
5.Bring to a boil, then reduced to a gentle simmer.
6.Add 150g minced pork and/or 150g sliced fish if desired.
